Designing a completely bespoke trip requires an intimate knowledge of our clients and in order for us to be able to plan your trip with you, we will need to ask you for a little personal information. If you choose to travel with us, the personal information required by us may be a little more detailed so that we can plan your trip taking into account any specific requirements, including but not limited to, passport details, payment details, dietary requirements, travel preferences, anniversaries as well as information regarding minors (which may require parental or guardian consent).

We protect all the information entrusted with us in a secure manner, using technical, administrative and physical security measures, as appropriate. We only keep your personal information for 7 years (we may have to keep personal information for a longer period in exceptional circumstances),as required for us to provide services to you and comply with legal and audit requirements in line with our legitimate business interests.
